Cashew Sour Cream

I’m about to share my favorite and by far the best sauce/dip/condiment recipe! This cashew sour cream is seriously “shut the front door” level of tastiness! Highly recommended. Use it as a dip or add more water and use it as a salad dressing. Last time I had this dip, was  when I made these black bean tortillas. Cashew sour cream is a healthy, vegan alternative for dairy. It’s also very easy to make with only handful of ingredients. And it only takes few minutes to make.

I use this cashew sour cream with lots of different meals, like nachos, tortillas, pizza topping, salad dressing or as a dip. Love it! If you make this, let me know what you think and what you had it with xx
