Two of my favorites combined! These gingerbread chocolate truffles are out of this world. I have confessed my obsession over gingerbread before but add chocolate and it’s on a completely new level. Gooey soft filling with warming Christmas spices covered in melt in your mouth raw chocolate. Heaven. These gingerbread chocolate truffles would make a great Christmas (or any time) snack or a dessert.
This recipe is gluten free, raw, vegan and you only need handful of ingredients. Make a big batch, store in the freezer and enjoy a delicious piece of Christmas memories after the crazy season is over.

1/2 – 1 tbsp all spice/ mixed spice
pinch of salt
