Raw Cakes can last up to 6 weeks in your freezer. I only use whole foods ingredients that are in their most natural state, like nuts, nut milks and creams, raw cacao powder and butter, fruit and coconut products. My cakes are sweetened with organic rice malt syrup, dates and maple syrup. Some of the cakes can be made fructose or nut-free to meet your special dietary requirements.
I do not use wheat, soy, dairy, processed sugar, agave syrup, honey, artificial food colors or flavors.
